Eat
Our team of local chefs runs the kitchen, using Northern Rivers produce wherever they can. That cuts the distance the food travels and puts money back into the growers up the road.
The bistro menu is classic pub fare, with a daily blackboard of seasonal specials. There are share plates for the rooftop, a kids menu that all comes with ice cream, and we cater for dietary requirements. Families are welcome, there is room for them.
Drink
We keep four taps dedicated to regional breweries, alongside the usual suspects and our own Met Lager. The wine list is hand picked, Australian with European varietals, and the cocktails lean on Byron Bay Spirits Co and Brookies Gin.
On this corner
The Met has been standing on Keen Street a very long time. Same corner, same job: feeding people, pouring beer, and putting a roof over whatever the town needs to celebrate or get through. The paint has changed a few times. Not much else has.

Lunch from 11am, dinner from 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Pub classics, a blackboard of seasonal specials, and child friendly dining areas so the whole family can sit down together.
Share plates, a wine or a cocktail, and the best seat in Lismore for watching the afternoon go by. Come up early on a Friday if you want a table.
